Josie – 8th March: Day 2 Polyphasic

Josie slept 5 hrs (not sure if she understands the point in polyphasic, but at least she’s getting deep sleep) had the same dream again with the light festival in Chichibu. She thinks polyphasic helps but I’m not sure if that’s just because we’ve talked to her about those nightmares.
